LJ-65 UV Irradiation cross-linking equipment

Ultraviolet irradiation crosslinking process is to use ultraviolet lights as a radiation source, the
mixed polyolefin ingredients are extruded and coated on the conducting wire core, and then immediately enter a special irradiation device in melt state for light crosslinking irradiation.Crosslinking insulation wire core is treated with different temperature of cooling and other follow-up processing,to obtain ultraviolet irradiation crosslinking insulated polyolefin wire and cable products.

No intermediate movement and storage of the product, save the human power and additional cost. Low cost of UV radiation compound.
Low energy consumption
UV-LED system is only consume 1/4 energy comparing that of traditional UV lamp system at same
production.
Fast production:The cross-linking adopts the online extrusion cross-linking method, which reduces the subsequent cross-linking process. Compared with the time required for boiling or steam-assisted silane cross-linking and entrusted electron beam irradiation processing, it saves wire and cable manufacturing time, especially for the completion of urgent tasks, and has significant advantages.
Small in size, easy to installation:The system can be inserted in traditional plastic extruding production line, 1.8-2.0m in lenght and 2.5m in width in between extruding die water trouph, water cooling system can be arranged properly.
Easy to operation:Pneumatic turn open and close the tunnel structure, make the conveying of the wire and clean the lens easy and ordinary operator can do it.
