Product Description

 Power Frequency Spark Machine

The power frequency spark machine is used to detect the integrity of the cable insulation layer. When the cable passes through the spark machine, it will apply a high voltage current of several thousand volts. If the insulation layer is damaged or weak, sparks will be generated and an alarm will be sounded. The operator can identify the cables that need to be reworked or eliminated based on the alarm to ensure product quality and safety.
