The photoinitiator in the material absorbs ultraviolet light of a specific wavelength to produce free radicals, and the polyolefin molecular chain is cross-linked into a three-dimensional network structure through free radical reaction. This process does not damage the material, and the light can penetrate into the polymer to produce chemical reactions. The control method is simple, energy-saving, and there is no residual poison or waste. It is suitable for industrial and large-scale production. It is mainly used in the manufacturing industries of plates, pipes, cables, etc. of polyolefins and other materials.
