The optical projector is specially designed for measuring the insulation and sheath thickness of wires and cables. It uses optical projection to project the cross-sectional profile of the insulation or sheath of the measured cable onto a screen for observation and aiming, and uses a micrometer stage to perform force-free length measurement.
This instrument can automatically measure the cross-sectional area of the insulation layer and conductive layer of wires and cables. It uses optical and digital technology to transfer the captured data into a fully automatic program for processing. After image recognition technology, the specific values of the conductor and insulation layer are measured. The test process is completely controlled by software, and the test results are automatically output.
